Your Writer: Jon Kilgannon I thought this up one day while listening to a news report about a Supreme Court case regarding the use of new surveillance equipment by the police. Was it Constitutional, the Court was asked to decide, to use high-tech means of surveillance to look through the walls of a house without a search warrant?

Putting aside the future shock inherent in this question, it's an interesting ethical dilemma. And then I extended it - what happens when the police officer is physically augmented, and can't turn off the surveillance technology? Is it still snooping if the police officer is looking with what he considers, because the systems are innate to his body, to be the "naked eye"?
