Why not an indie game for today's link? I give to you Polynomial. It's a straightforward little 3D shooter but you fly through abstract generated fractal models -- it's gorgeous. Available for Mac, PC, and Linux, too! (Just be a little cautious about setting fullscreen mode on OSX.)
